2. Services Provided The Company offers professional Christmas decorating services, including but not limited to, indoor and outdoor holiday decorations, tree trimming, and seasonal ornamentation. The specific details of the services will be outlined in the agreement between the Client and the Company.

3. Pricing and Payment The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon price for the services as outlined in the proposal or agreement. Payment terms, including any deposits or installment plans, will also be specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Scheduling and Rescheduling The Client and the Company will collaborate to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for the provision of services. In the event that the Client needs to reschedule, it is the Client's responsibility to provide a minimum of 5 days' notice. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

5. Cancellation Policy If the Client decides to cancel the services after the agreement is signed, any deposits made may be forfeited, and additional cancellation fees may apply. The specific terms will be detailed in the agreement.

6. Client's Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide the Company with access to the premises at the agreed-upon times. The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and notifying the Company of any hazards or restrictions that may affect the provision of services.

7. Liability While the Company takes every precaution to ensure the safety of its staff and the Client's property, the Client agrees that the Company is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the provision of services.

8. Changes to the Agreement Any changes to the agreed-upon services or terms must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

9. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA

10. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

11. Entire Agreement This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Company and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements, whether oral or written.

By engaging in the services provided by the Company, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
